Dear reader, Inside My Head is a bunch of poems which relate to my addiction and mental health problems. Also, all the feelings I’ve been feeling while in treatment. I just want the readers to get as much as I did out of this. It is essential to know things do get better and there’s always a bit of light in dark situations, you just gotta find it.
